Hey, I'm more than my thoughts
They don't define me
You're Not Alone!
Hey You,
Do you ever feel a bit off? Maybe you often feel down, stressed, anxious, or just not happy without really knowing why. That’s completely okay. What you’re feeling matters. And remember: you’re not alone. Talking about it can be scary, especially if you don’t know how to start or if you feel ashamed. But asking for help is a brave step that can truly make a difference.
Where Can You Go?
There are safe, non-judgmental places where you can talk. These organizations are ready to help:
- Grip op je Dip: A free, anonymous online group course for young people struggling with sadness or negative thoughts. You'll learn how to better cope with your feelings alongside others, with no waiting list. In this 6-week online course, you’ll get the same support a psychologist offers in their office. But here, you don’t need a referral, it’s free, there’s no waiting list, and you don’t have to travel anywhere.
- Alles Oké?: Call or chat with someone who will listen. Sometimes, just sharing your story can bring great relief.
- 113: For support with feelings of sadness or if you’re thinking about suicide. You can call or chat anonymously.
- Qpido: Have questions about relationships, sexuality, or boundaries? Qpido offers advice and support.
- @ease: A place where you can talk anonymously with young volunteers and professionals about your feelings.
